Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 pineapple rings
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of red onion
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Mix the ground beef together and use salt and pepper to season it
The patties should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt
Make the pineapple rings on the grill while the patties are cooking
Cook them for about two to three minutes on each side, until they have grill marks and are slightly caramelized
On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they get a little brown
To make the burgers, put a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun and then a cooked patty with cheese on top of it
Put a grilled pineapple ring, a cooked bacon slice, and a red onion slice on top of each patty
Put one tablespoon of teriyaki sauce on top of every burger
Put the top bun on top of each burger to finish, and serve hot
