  • 4 sheets nori seaweed
  • 1 pound sushi-grade tuna or salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice

Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until the sugar and salt are gone

Pour over the cooked rice and mix it in slowly

Put a nori sheet on a sushi mat made of bamboo

Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small edge at the top

Put cucumber, avocado, and tuna or salmon slices along the bottom edge of the rice

Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi up tight from the bottom to the top

Use a little water to seal the edge

With a sharp knife, cut the roll into small pieces that are easy to eat

Make a shark shape with the sushi pieces on a plate, leaving room in the middle for the soy sauce dish that looks like a shark's mouth

Put soy sauce in the "shark mouth" dish

Serve right away and enjoy!
