This Slow Cooker Bacon Alfredo Bake with Whole Grain Pasta is a tasty and comforting meal that's great for days when you're busy. All the work is done by the slow cooker, which adds rich Alfredo sauce and savory bacon flavors to the pasta.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb whole grain pasta
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
To make the dish, put cooked and crumbled bacon, diced onion, minced garlic, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, black pepper, and salt in a slow cooker
Use a stir to mix
Put the whole grain pasta in the slow cooker and stir it around so that all of the sauce mixes in
